Meet the family
The Full Irish, is a family of goods created to enliven your food and drink experiences. The products we produced are based on old world techniques of preservation but focus on tasty modern flavor combinations. With over 60+ years in food & beverage between the four partners, the Full Irish family kitchen is excited to share with our community our inventive specialty goods.
Brian Mazurek, aka The Bitter Ginger, makes extremely small batch bitters and shrubs. Established in 2015 on a mountain top in Big Sur, he has created a small line of goods geared for craft cocktails, digestive health and creative cooking.

Karen Anne’s Granola was established in 2010 by Chef Karen Anne with the belief that food is fuel. Karen Anne’s granola are healthy addictive organic oats, made with love. Small batches of oats are toasted each week in our Pacific Grove kitchen. Each and every batch is hand made, hand baked & hand bagged.
The Saucy Maiden

The Saucy Maiden believes that your condiments should be bold and lively, just like life should be! Over the past decade or so, the saucy maiden has been developing various accoutrements to go along with her favorite past time… snacking!
These sauces pair with meats, cheeses & liven up every other combo that you can imagine- even the humble grilled cheese.
